Spanish/Mediterranean design

This is one of our premier new house designs created and built in 2016. This house was custom designed for our clients with their specific needs in mind but also paying attention to important resale features for future owners. We designed with a great room concept in mind, 10 ft. high ceilings and a double set of large glass sliding doors to take in the views. The kitchen is unique with shelving instead of upper cabinets and its also designed using tall glass front display cabinets in the kitchen for special glassware and dishes. There is an extra-large pantry for storage needs . We’ve received many compliments on the layout and design of the interior and exterior features. It's a simple but beautiful design. Farmhouse Style design

This is another one of our custom designs built in 2015. Large great room concept with large glass doors & windows on both sides to take in the beautiful local views of very tall pine trees. The great room/kitchen space has tall ceilings at 17 feet high and includes a large interior vaulted ceiling with full span wood beam. The house was built very well by the Contractor and is extremely well insulated to keep the house at a constant temperature during winter and summer. The floors in the bathrooms are heated with controls on the wall for temperature and timers. The house was designed to work with their sloping lot and around the beautiful existing pine tress and view of adjacent vineyard. Designed for the man of the house is a lower Shop area with Polished concrete floor. We designed an area in the Studio above the Shop for an elevator that will be installed at a later date. The owners love gardening and installed underground water tanks to catch rain water during the winter to use for the gardens in the Spring and Summer. Camino New House Custom Design

We designed and created the construction plans for this new home in Camino, California.

The new homeowners are pleased with the end result and they are looking forward to moving in soon.

A new house design and complete construction drawings were created for the newly weds of this Placerviille, California home.

Single Story, just over 2400 sq. ft., this home sits on a concrete slab, has 9 ft. high ceilings and upgraded amenities.

This house is one of our unique new home designs that started with a sketch. This 3279 sq. ft. home features a custom floor plan that was tailored to the owners needs. The 4 bedroom 2.5 bath house has unique designs such as a open family room/kitchen layout with vaulted ceilings and custom woodwork details along with a beautiful master bedroom/bathroom and walk-in closet. Look thru the 2-sided fireplace from the jetted tub into the bedroom.
